1This Application was filed under s. 34 of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended. The applicant requested that the Application be withdrawn as against the following respondents only, who consented to the withdrawal, in accordance with terms of Minutes of Settlement: Markham Stouffville Hospital, Barbara Bitter, Anne Kennie, Sharon Moore and Jennifer Wellman. In an Interim Decision, 2009 HRTO 411, the remaining respondents were invited to indicate if they had any objection to the request to withdraw.

2The applicant also filed a Request for Order during Proceedings to have the Application amended to remove the respondents with whom she had reached a resolution. The remaining respondents filed Responses, consenting to the applicant’s Request.

3The Tribunal grants the applicant’s Request. The Application is withdrawn as against the following respondents only: Markham Stouffville Hospital, Barbara Bitter, Anne Kennie, Sharon Moore and Jennifer Wellman. The style of cause is also amended accordingly.
