1The Respondents filed a Request for Order During Proceedings to remove four individual respondents, M. Davenport, C. Benyon, M. Usselman and R. Macmillan. In addition, the Respondents request that the Tribunal remove the two named organizational respondents, the University of Western Ontario School of Physical Therapy and the University of Western Ontario Faculty of Graduate Studies, as they are not legal entities. Instead, the respondents ask that the University of Western Ontario, which is the proper legal entity, be added as the sole organizational respondent.

2The applicant consents to this request, which is appropriate.

3Accordingly the style of cause is amended to reflect the removal of six respondents and the addition of the one respondent.
