1This is an Application for breach of settlement. The applicant has advised that she wishes to await the processing of her 2008 tax return before deciding whether to proceed. Unless the respondent objects within two days of this Interim Decision, the Tribunal shall take no further steps in this matter for a period of up to one year unless contacted by one of the parties. If the applicant does not communicate with the Tribunal by April 20, 2010, the Application may be dismissed as withdrawn.
