Keith Ramoutar v. Toronto Community Housing Corporation, 2009 HRTO 336

1The applicant has filed a Request for Reconsideration of the Tribunal’s Interim Decision, 2009 HRTO 181, in which the Tribunal made certain determinations and set a timeframe to hear additional evidence and submissions in regards to the remaining issues in dispute.

2The Tribunal’s Rules governing Requests for Reconsideration make clear that only final decisions are subject to Requests for Reconsideration. As the Interim Decision is not a final determination of the Application the Tribunal will not entertain the Request at this time. Should the applicant wish to pursue his Request once the final Decision has been issued, he should advise the Tribunal.
