1The applicant, Rajesh Bhardwaj, filed an Application with the Tribunal on September 18, 2008 under section 34 of Part IV of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19 as amended (the “Code”), claiming that he was discriminated against on the basis of his race, colour, place of origin and ethnic origin. The respondent filed a Response on October 23, 2008.
2On November 28, 2008, the applicant filed a Request for Order asking to amend his Application to include an allegation of discrimination because of disability. The respondent has consented to the applicant’s request.
3Given the consent to the amendment, and given the inclusion of a description of events related to discrimination because of disability in the original Application, the amendment as requested is allowed. The respondent may file an amended Response within 21 days of this Interim Decision.
