1The applicant requests leave to withdraw this Application, filed under s. 34 of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended, pursuant to Rule 10 of the Tribunal’s Rules of Procedure. The respondent wrote to the Tribunal on February 18, 2009, indicating that it had been informed that the applicant had withdrawn or was in the process of withdrawing his Application and requested confirmation. The applicant filed a Request to Withdraw (Form 9), dated February 2, 2009, with the Tribunal but did not serve it on the respondent as required by the Tribunal’s Rules. The Tribunal, therefore, provided the respondent with a copy of the Request. The respondent made no submissions. The Application is withdrawn with leave of the Tribunal.
