1The applicant filed an Application under s. 34 of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended, (the “Code”), alleging discrimination in employment on the basis of disability. In his Application, the applicant alleges that he was forced to declare bankruptcy.

2In correspondence dated February 10, 2009, from the Tribunal’s Registrar to the parties, the Tribunal directed the applicant to provide to the Tribunal, by February 21, 2009, the name of his trustee in bankruptcy and contact information in order for the Tribunal to notify the trustee of these proceedings. No information has been received by the Tribunal in response to this correspondence.

3If, by March 20, 2009, the Tribunal does not receive the information requested in its correspondence of February 10, 2009, the Tribunal will consider the applicant to have abandoned his Application and it will be disposed of accordingly.
