1The applicant initially named Amore Food Group and Nadia Deeb as respondents to her Application filed under s. 34 of the Ontario Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended. She seeks to amend her Application to name AFC Food Group Inc. and Nadedja Glebova as respondents instead. Both respondents have had notice of the request and have not indicated any objection. The Tribunal orders that the style of cause be amended accordingly.
2Further direction will be provided to the parties regarding preparation for the upcoming hearing in a Case Assessment Direction.
