1This is an Application filed under section 53(3) of Part VI of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended (the "Code").

2The applicant's litigation guardians have failed for more than six months to comply with an order of the Tribunal to produce a key document with no portions blacked out. The respondents moved to have me dismiss the Application in its entirety because of this failure to comply with the production order. In an Interim Decision 2009 HRTO 2036, which sets out the background and details of the production order, I gave the applicant one week to produce the document, failing which the Application would be dismissed. The applicant's litigation guardians were directed to notify the Registrar-Transition if they produced the document.

3The Tribunal has heard nothing from the applicant's litigation guardians.

4The Application is therefore dismissed.
