1The applicant requests leave to withdraw this Application, filed under s. 34 of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended, pursuant to Rule 10 of the Tribunal’s Rules of Procedure against certain of the respondents, namely Waterloo District Catholic School Board, Dawna Ward, Glenn Sheculski, Rick Boisvert, Jodie Schnarr and Roger Lawlor. The respondents have not filed any response and the time for doing so has elapsed.

2The Tribunal grants leave to withdraw the Application against Waterloo District Catholic School Board, Dawna Ward, Glenn Sheculski, Rick Boisvert, Jodie Schnarr and Roger Lawlor. The style of cause is amended accordingly.
