1This is an Application filed on July 28, 2008 under section 34 of Part IV of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19 as amended, (the “Code”).
2In this matter, the applicant was directed to respond to the respondent’s request to dismiss dated August 28, 2009, and to provide an explanation for her failure to attend at the mediation on August 21, 2009. The applicant was advised that if the Tribunal did not receive anything from her by September 23, 2009, it may treat the Application as abandoned.
3The applicant contacted the Tribunal on September 30, 2009, stating that she had just received the Tribunal’s direction, and was advised that if she filed her submission despite the lateness, the Tribunal would decide whether to accept it. As of this date, she has not communicated further with the Tribunal or responded as directed. The Application is dismissed as abandoned.
