1This is an Application filed September 15, 2008 under section 53(3) of the Ontario Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended (the “Code”).

2The applicant has requested an order requiring the respondent to provide the last known contact information for two former employees. These employees were named as personal respondents on the complaint filed with the Ontario Human Rights Commission but, as they no longer work for the respondent, the applicant is unable to locate them to deliver the Applications to them. The respondent has stated that it requires an order from the Tribunal to release personal contact information of its former employees. They offer no other objection to the request.

3In the circumstances, the respondent is ordered to provide the last known contact information in the possession of the respondent in respect of Agnes Kupny and Becky Beccarea to the applicant within 10 days of the date of this Interim Decision.
