2By Interim Decision 2009 HRTO 1170 this Application was deferred pending the completion of a grievance process.

3The respondents have filed a Form 10 Request for an Order during Proceedings seeking removal of the three individual Respondents as parties to the Application. On review of the material before it, the Tribunal declines to deal with the Request at this time. The Request may be renewed when the Tribunal is advised of the completion of the grievance process and is requested, pursuant to Rule 14, to proceed with the Application.
