1This is an Application filed on December 18, 2008 under section 34 of Part IV of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19 as amended, (the "Code").
2The Application named the Toronto Transit Commission and the City of Toronto as respondents. The City of Toronto has filed a Request for Order asking that it be removed as a respondent. The Request is made with the consent of the other parties.
3Having regard to the material before it, the Tribunal directs that the City of Toronto be removed as a respondent to this Application, and the style of cause is amended accordingly.
4I am not seized of this matter.
