INTERIM DECISION
Adjudicator: Kathleen Martin
Indexed as: Bullard v. Peel Condominium Corporation No. 199
1This is an Application filed on May 8, 2009, under Section 34 of Part IV of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended (the “Code”).
2The Application was originally filed against Barb Sheppard, who was identified as president of the Board of Directors of Fairways Condominium, where the applicant resides. A Response was filed on July 16, 2009, naming Peel Condominium Corporation No. 199 as an affected party (it is described as the condominium corporation where the applicant resides) and confirming that Ms. Sheppard is president and on the Board of Directors of the condominium. Subsequently, by letter dated July 27, 2009, the respondent sought withdrawal of the Application against Ms. Sheppard and the addition of Peel Condominium Corporation No. 199 as the respondent. The applicant consents to the foregoing. Accordingly, the Application is withdrawn against Ms. Sheppard and Peel Condominium Corporation No. 199 is added as the respondent. The title of proceeding is amended accordingly.
3Peel Condominium Corporation No. 199 is directed to file a Response within 21 days of the date of this Interim Decision.
4I am not seized.
Dated at Toronto this 24th day of August, 2009.
