1The applicant filed an Application under s. 34 of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended, (the “Code”), on October 27, 2008, alleging discrimination in housing on the basis of family status and age. The Application names “Gossner Ltd.” and Patricia Martin, a superintendent, as respondents.
2On December 19, 2008, the Tribunal issued a Notice of Application and delivered the Application to the respondents by regular mail at the addresses provided by the applicant. The corporate respondent filed a Response (Form 2), identifying itself as “Gossner Management Limited”. Accordingly, the style of cause is amended to reflect the proper name provided by the corporate respondent. The Notice of Application mailed to the individual respondent was returned to the Tribunal as undelivered.
3Pursuant to Rule 1.7(p) of the Tribunal’s Rules of Procedure, the Tribunal may require a party to produce information in order to provide for the fair, just and expeditious resolution of a matter before it. In order to enable the Application to be sent to the individual respondent, I order the corporate respondent, Gossner Management Limited, to provide the Tribunal with a current address for Patricia Martin. If it is unable to provide a current address, Gossner Management Limited is ordered to provide the Tribunal with the most recent address for Patricia Martin in its possession or control. This information must be provided to the Tribunal by February 11, 2009.
