Sparkes v. Brampton Legal Community Services, 2009 HRTO 1235

1This is an Application filed under s. 34 of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended, (the “Code”). It has not yet been delivered to the respondent. In a previous Interim Decision, 2009 HRTO 1013, the Tribunal directed the applicant to provide the Tribunal with submissions explaining how he alleged that the respondent discriminated against him on the basis of disability, as this was not clear in the Application. The applicant failed to provide submissions as directed.

2The Application, as drafted, does not contain allegations that the respondents violated s. 1 of the Code and the applicant did not provide submissions in response to the previous Interim Decision. The Application is dismissed.
