Reasons for Decision
1This is an Application under section 45.9 of the Ontario Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended, (the "Code") alleging that the corporate respondent violated Minutes of Settlement entered into by the parties by failing to implement public interest remedies and by failing to pay certain monies to the complainant (the applicant in this matter).
2The applicants request leave to withdraw this Application, pursuant to Rule 10 of the Tribunal's Rules of Procedure. The applicants filed a Request to Withdraw (Form 9), dated July 17, 2009 as well as a confirmation of delivery on the respondents. The respondents made no submissions on the Request, but confirmed in correspondence to the applicants' counsel, forwarded to the Tribunal, that the respondents' consent to the Request.
3The Application is withdrawn with leave of the Tribunal.
