1In two previous Interim Decisions, 2009 HRTO 991 and 2009 HRTO 570, the Tribunal provided directions to the parties with respect to the applicant’s Request for an Order During Proceedings to add Yanik Leduc as an individual respondent to his Application.

2Counsel for the organization respondent sent the Tribunal a letter dated July 10, 2009, which states that it is understood that Mr. Leduc will be added as a respondent, and that the organization respondent’s Response to the Application also applies to Mr. Leduc.

3The applicant’s Request for an Order to add Yanik Leduc an individual respondent to his Application is therefore granted and the style of cause amended accordingly.
