1This is an Application filed under s. 34 of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19. The name of the respondent is corrected as set out in the style of cause.

2As both parties agreed to mediate, mediation was scheduled for March 26, 2009. The applicant did not attend. On July 2, 2009, the Tribunal sent the applicant a letter requiring that she advise the Tribunal within ten days of the date of the letter whether or not she wants to continue the Application. The letter stated that if she did not respond within ten days, the Tribunal could deem the applicant to have abandoned the Application and close the file.

3The applicant did not respond. The Application is dismissed as abandoned.
