1The applicant Stephanie Weber, with the agreement of the applicant Jennifer Vanston, asks that these two Applications under s. 34 of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended, be heard together. The respondents have not filed a response to this Request.

2I have reviewed the Applications and responses. While I appreciate that there is similarity in the circumstances underlying the termination of employment of the two applicants, I do not believe there is sufficient overlap in the facts and issues that it would be fair, just and expeditious to hear these Applications together. Accordingly, the request that the Applications be heard together is denied.

3As the parties in the Vanston Application have both agreed to mediation, a mediation date will be scheduled. A hearing will be set in the Weber Application.
