Luigi Zavarellu v. Toronto Transit Commission, 2009 HRTO 1092

In two earlier Interim Decisions, the applicant was directed to provide submissions on whether the Tribunal has jurisdiction to hear this Application. The second Interim Decision, 2009 HRTO 964, stated that the Application would be dismissed as abandoned if the applicant did not file the required submissions within five business days of July 3, 2009.
