1This is an Application filed under s. 34 of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19. As both parties agreed to mediate, mediation was scheduled for April 6, 2009. The applicant did not attend. On July 10, 2009, the Tribunal sent the applicant a letter requiring that she advise the Tribunal within ten days of the date of the letter of her intentions with respect to the Application. The letter stated that if she did not respond within ten days, the Tribunal would deem the applicant to have abandoned the Application and close the file.
