1Two mediation dates were set and rescheduled at the request of the applicant. The Registrar has attempted unsuccessfully to obtain new dates from the applicant for mediation on this Application. In a Registrar’s letter dated June 15, 2009, the applicant was directed to advise the Tribunal within 10 days of the date of the letter whether he wished to proceed with his Application. The letter stated that if the applicant did not do so, the Application would be deemed abandoned.

2The applicant has not communicated with the Tribunal as directed in the letter from the Registrar. The Application is dismissed as abandoned.
