1The applicant filed an Application under s. 34 of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended, (the “Code”), on October 1, 2008. A Response was received from each of the respondents and copied to the applicant.

2On December 11, 2008, the applicant filed a Request to Withdraw an Application (the “Request”). A copy of the Request was delivered to the respondents who were invited to respond. Counsel for the respondents asked for an extension to January 11, 2009, to allow more time to review the Request. The Tribunal Registrar granted this request. The Tribunal has heard nothing further from the respondents.

3In the circumstances, the Request to Withdraw an Application is granted.
