1This is an application filed July 7, 2008 under section 34 of Part IV of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19 as amended (“the Code”).
2The respondents have made a request pursuant to Rule 1.7(b) and Rule 19 for an order removing the individually named respondents, James Westlake, Gordon Nixon, Neil Skelding, Francois Boulanger, Gary Moroney, Janette Watt and Helena Gottschling from the proceedings.
3The corporate respondent has conceded that it is liable for any of the conduct of its employees, officers and directors that may be found to violate the Code and for the purposes of this application, accepts vicarious liability for the actions of all the individually named respondents.
4The applicant has consented to the removal of the individually named respondents from the application.
5The Tribunal orders that the individually named respondents, James Westlake, Gordon Nixon, Neil Skelding, Francois Boulanger, Gary Moroney, Janette Watt and Helena Gottschling be removed as respondents on this application.
