1This is an Application filed July 4, 2008 under section 34 of Part IV of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended (the “Code”). This interim decision addresses the issue of the proper name and contact information of an individual respondent.

2One of the respondents named in the Application is “Lorenzo Bombetic”. The applicant has provided contact information for this individual which appears to be a place of employment. No individual by this name has sent a Response to the Application.

3The corporate respondent, Barbara Minshall Racing Stable, has filed a Response in which it refers to an employee named “Lorenzo” but states that the applicant has the wrong last name. From the information in the Response, it appears that this “Lorenzo” is the individual whom the applicant intended to name.

4Under Rule 1.7(p) of the Tribunal’s Rules of Procedure, the Tribunal may require a party to produce information in order to provide for the fair, just and expeditious resolution of a matter before it. In order to enable the Application to be sent to the individual respondent identified (albeit incorrectly named) in the Application, I order Barbara Minshall Racing Stable to provide the Tribunal with the correct surname and contact information for “Lorenzo”. This information must be provided to the Tribunal by September 12, 2008.
