INTRODUCTION
1On February 25, 2008, the Tribunal issued an interim decision in these complaints, dealing with the complainants’ requests to add certain respondents to the proceedings (reported at 2008 HRTO 14. In that decision, the Tribunal ordered that Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Ontario (“Ontario”) be added as a respondent to one of the complaints on a limited basis, and otherwise dismissed the requests.
2The complainants ask the Tribunal to reconsider that interim decision. They request that the Tribunal add Ontario as a respondent to both complaints on an unlimited basis, as well as other named individuals as respondents to both complaints on an unlimited
