[1] This Interim Decision deals with a request by the Ontario Human Rights Commission (the “Commission”) for production of various documents from the respondents prior to the filing of its hearing brief.
[2] The Commission’s request is denied in accordance with the Tribunal’s decision in [Washington v. Toronto Police Services Board, 2008 HRTO 39,](https://www.minicounsel.ca/hrto/2008/39).
[3] The parties are to file their hearing briefs and provide disclosure in accordance with the Rules using the date of this decision as the commencement of timeline.
[4] The parties are to advise the Tribunal of any outstanding production issues within 30 days after the time has expired for the filing of all hearing briefs and the exchange of disclosure.
