1Further to the Tribunal’s interim decision in these matters, Schleifer v. Toronto (City), 2008 HRTO 124, the respondents have advised that they do not intend to attend the mediation scheduled in file T-0183-08. As there are outstanding issues about the Tribunal’s jurisdiction to hear this matter, the mediation is hereby cancelled. The next steps in these matters, if any, will be determined following the Tribunal’s decision on the preliminary issues.
