1This matter was referred to the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario on February 8, 2006. By decision dated June 1, 2007 the Commission was permitted to withdraw from the proceedings.
2Both the Complainant and the Respondents wrote to the Tribunal asking that the merits of the case not be dealt with by the Tribunal.
3On August 27, 2007, a hearing was convened to deal with the requests that the matter not proceed. The Complainant did not attend at the hearing. The Complaint was dismissed.
4The Respondents asked for costs. The Tribunal declined to award costs.
