INTRODUCTION

1This is a final decision, following an earlier decision dated May 18, 2006, in which the Tribunal made certain findings and Orders (2006 HRTO 14).

2In the May 18, 2006 decision, I found that the settlement reached between the parties on March 1, 2006 was final and its terms binding upon all the parties. I also ruled that the Tribunal would dispose of the Complaint on the basis of the settlement, subject to any submissions provided by the parties. Any submissions were to be provided no later than May 30, 2006.

3None of the parties have chosen to make submissions. As a result, the Tribunal hereby confirms that the settlement dated March 1, 2006 is final and binding on all the parties, and this Complaint is disposed of based upon that settlement.
