INTRODUCTION
1On May 25, 2004, the Tribunal dismissed the Complaint of Catherine Jeffrey against Dofasco Inc., hereinafter referred to as the “Decision” and cited as 2004 HRTO 5. These are the Tribunal’s Reasons for Decision on the subsequent hearing into costs. Due to the unavailability of counsel, the hearing into costs did not occur until November 3, 2004.
2The Complaint had several components:
(1) LTD allegation – dismissed as an abuse of process and denial of natural justice;
(2) Accommodation process/termination allegation – dismissed on the merits; and
