ORDER:

2The panel will dispose of this motion on the basis of written submissions and orders that the parties make written submissions and file them with the Deputy Registrar and serve them on the other parties as follows:

1. Complainant and/or the Ontario Human Rights Commission by Tuesday, October 15, 1996, 3:00 p.m.
2. The Respondents, Toronto Hydro and Tom Bell respond by Tuesday, October 22, 1996, 3:00 p.m.
3. Any reply by the complainant and/or the Ontario Human Rights Commission by Tuesday, October 29, 1996, 3:00 p.m.

3The panel identifies the following as potential outcomes of the motion and requests that the parties address them in their submissions:

1. Not resuming the hearing until April 2, 1997.
2. Resuming the hearing earlier than April 2, 1997 to complete only the cross-examination of Mr. Wong.
3. Resuming the hearing earlier than April 2, 1997 only to complete both the cross-examination and re-examination of Mr. Wong.
4. Resuming the hearing earlier than April 2, 1997 to continue with the cross-examination and re-examination of Mr. Wong and the rest of the hearing.
