Furthermore, the applicant did not demonstrate a complete inability to carry on a normal life.
The treatment plan was denied as the applicant did not provide sufficient objective medical evidence to prove it was reasonable and necessary, and the Tribunal preferred the insurer's medical examination concluding the applicant had reached maximum medical improvement.
Claims for an award and interest were also dismissed.
