Introduction
1This is a procedural order of the Conservation Review Board (“Review Board”) arising from a pre-hearing conference (“PHC”) telephone conference call (“TCC”) on August 10, 2017 in respect of an objection by R.D. Perkins Family Holdings Ltd. to a Notice of Intention to Designate the property at 285 Ainslie Street South in the City of Cambridge, Ontario.
2On the PHC TCC the parties advised that there are ongoing settlement negotiations but that they agree upon setting a hearing date to determine the heritage issue should that not be resolved.
Order
3The Review Board orders:
On consent of the parties, the hearing of this matter is scheduled for February 12 and 13, 2018, commencing at 10 a.m.
The PHC by TCC will continue on January 4, 2018 at 10 a.m. to determine disclosure-related matters, and to determine whether the hearing will proceed as currently scheduled.
