1The Conservation Review Board (the "Review Board") directs the following:
The parties are to assemble an Agreed Statement of Facts and an Agreed Identification of Issues which will establish the matters to be heard at the forthcoming Pre-hearing Settlement Conference (PHSC). These documents are to be exchanged with each other for a response no later than March 1, 2016 and to be submitted to the Review Board no later than March 14, 2016; and
A one day PHSC, for the parties only, is scheduled for Monday, April 11, 2016 to be heard at the Review Board offices at 655 Bay Street in Toronto. Formal notice of the PHSC, including requirements for the submission and exchange of documents, will issue separately from this Order.
