Subsequent to the Review Board issuing its Order on June 22, 2015 for the above matter, the parties have written in requesting a change of date, on consent, regarding the date for disclosure of certain documents held by the City.
The Review Board agrees to the request from the City of Mississauga and the Property Owners for a change in date from June 26, 2015 to July 2, 2015 for the disclosure of certain documents itemized in Schedule A of the June 22, 2015 Order.
