Overview
1This is an Application filed with the Child and Family Services Review Board (“CFSRB”) under section 120(4) 4 and 5 of the Child, Youth and Family Services Act, 2017, S.O. 2017, c.14, Sched.1 (the “Act”).

Analysis
4The CFSRB held a pre-hearing by videoconference on June 16, 2025.
5At the pre-hearing, the parties agreed to mediation and signed a Participation Agreement. The parties began mediation. During the mediation process, the Applicant left, and the CFSRB was unable to reach the Applicant despite attempts to do so by telephone and email.
6On June 16, 2025, the Applicant was directed to contact the CFSRB by Tuesday June 24, 2025, if she wished to continue with her Application. The Applicant was warned that if the CFSRB did not hear from her by June 24, 2025, her Application may be dismissed as abandoned.
7The correspondence was sent to the email address provided by the Applicant to the CFSRB. The correspondence was not returned to the CFSRB as undeliverable. I am satisfied that the Applicant received the correspondence.
8The CFSRB did not hear from the Applicant by June 24, 2025.
9The CFSRB has not received any further information or communications from the Applicant. In the circumstances, I find that the Applicant has abandoned her Application.
Order
10The Application is dismissed.

11Pursuant to Rules 9.3 and 9.4 of the CFSRB’s Rules of Procedure, parties and their representatives must not use, share, discuss or disclose any CFSRB documents or decisions or any other documents or information provided or used in this Application with anyone, including through the media or online. The CFSRB prohibits the use of any of this information for any purpose outside of the CFSRB’s proceedings, except with an order of the Court or the CFSRB, as appropriate.
