1The Child & Family Services Review Board (the “Board”) received the submissions of the parties regarding File CA16-0278. The submission of the Valoris for Children and Adults of Prescott- Russell (the “Society”) included information that two plans are currently before the Superior Court of Justice of Ontario (“the Court”) regarding the placement of the child [ ]. (the “child”). One plan involves placing the child with the Applicant and the other involves placing the child with a paternal aunt.
2The Board has determined that it will not consider the applications at this time given that the matter is currently before the Court. The Board directs the Applicant to notify it as to the outcome of the matters before the Court within five days of any decision rendered by the Court. The Applicant is also directed at that time to clarify what, if any, matters remain outstanding in respect of the applications filed with the Board.
