1This is an appeal pursuant to section 311.7 of the Education Act of the School Board’s decision of October [ ], 2016 to expel [the Pupil] from all schools of the School Board.

2The Child and Family Services Review Board orders that:

1. The School Board's decision to expel [the Pupil] from all schools of the Toronto District School Board, dated October [ ], 2016, is quashed and any record of the expulsion shall be amended accordingly.
