1This is an appeal pursuant to section 311.7 of the Education Act of the School Board’s decision of August [ ], 2016 to expel [the Pupil] from all schools of the School Board.
2The Child and Family Services Review Board orders that:
The School Board's decision to expel [the Pupil] from all schools of the School Board, dated August [ ], 2016, is changed to an expulsion from the pupil’s school only.
Any record of the expulsion shall be amended.
3Reasons for the decision will follow.
