1This is an appeal of an expulsion under s. 311. 7 of the Education Act.
2The Child and Family Services Review Board orders that, on consent of the Parties, the expulsion imposed on [the Pupil] by the Kawartha Pine Ridge District School Board on April 27, 2015 be sealed for two years, until June 30, 2017, and on June 30, 2017 the record will be expunged and the Student’s Ontario Student Record (“OSR”) shall be amended accordingly so long as the Student does not breach Ontario School Code of Conduct as it pertains to illegal or restricted drugs, alcohol, or weapons, resulting in a suspension within the specified time period.
3The file in this matter is closed as settled on the terms set out in the Minutes of Settlement dated June 9, 2015.
