1Following the hearing of this matter on June 25, June 26, July 10 and July 11, 2014, the Child and Family Services Review Board (“the Board”) makes the following decisions:
The Board confirms the Society’s refusal of the Application of [the Applicants] to adopt the child, [ ], born [ ] pursuant to section 144 (11) of the Child and Family Services Act (“Act’).
The Board confirms the decision of the Society to remove the child, [ ], born [ ] from the foster/kin home of [the Applicants] on April 23, 2014 pursuant to section 61 of the Child and Family Services Act (“Act”).
The Board reserves the decision on the Application of [the Applicants] that they were not given reasons for the Society’s decision.
