The Board makes the following orders in this appeal of the September […], 2010 expulsion of [the child] from all schools of the Respondent:

1. The expulsion of [the child] from all schools of the Rainbow District School Board is quashed.

2. [The child] is reinstated to her school, [School A].

3. The record of this expulsion is and shall be expunged from all records of the Respondent and its schools.

Reasons for this Decision will follow.
