WITHDRAWAL ORDER
1In this application, the Applicants complained of noise in their unit caused by piano playing in a neighbouring unit.
2Following an exchange of documents, the Applicants advised that for personal reasons they wish to withdraw the Application. Neither Respondent nor the Intervenor has registered an objection to the withdrawal.
3Rule 43.1(d) of the Tribunal’s Rules of Practice states that the Tribunal will end Stage 3 and close the case if the Applicant has properly informed the Tribunal that they are withdrawing their case and the Tribunal member has agreed to allow them to withdraw. I agree to allow the withdrawal, without prejudice to the applicants’ right to bring a new Application about the same issues in the future.
ORDER
4The Application is withdrawn without prejudice to the applicants’ right to bring a new Application about the same issues in the future.
