CONSENT ORDER
1In the Condominium Authority Tribunal’s (CAT) online dispute resolution system, the Parties agreed to settle this case in Stage 2 - Mediation.
2Under Rule 34.3 of the CAT’s Rules of Practice, the CAT can close a case in Stage 2 - Mediation if the Parties agree to the CAT making a consent order that resolves the dispute in relation to the October 23, 2024, Records Request.
3With the consent of the Parties, the CAT orders that this case has been resolved, based upon the terms and conditions set out in this consent order.
ORDER
4The Respondent, Toronto Standard Condominium Corporation No. 3002 will pay the Applicant, George Paschos the amount of $75.00 by February 20, 2025, via cheque upon the issuance of the consent order by the CAT.
5The Applicant acknowledges that he has received the records as requested in the October 23, 2024, records request by the Respondent as follows:
Condominium corporation declaration
Condominium corporation by-laws
Periodic Information Certificates (PICs) from the past 12 months
Budget for the corporation’s current fiscal year, including any amendments
Most recent approved financial statements
Mutual use agreements (also known as shared facilities or reciprocal agreements) mentioned in ss.113 or 154 (5) of the Condominium Act, 1998
Minutes of meetings held within the last 12 months
COMPLIANCE
6If any of the parties fails to comply with any of the terms of this order, it may be enforced through the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.
