CONSENT ORDER
1In the Condominium Authority Tribunal’s (CAT) online dispute resolution system, the Parties agreed to settle this case in Stage 3 - Tribunal Decision.
2The Applicant, Stephanie Jonsson, filed an application with the CAT alleging that the Respondent, York Condominium Corporation No. 247 had breached the terms of a settlement agreement dated April 17, 2025, which resolved a previous CAT case between the parties (case #2025-00171R). The Applicant asked the CAT to determine whether the Respondent had breached the terms of the agreement and determine if any costs or other remedies should be awarded.
3During the hearing, the parties advised that they had come to an agreement to settle the issues on consent.
4Under Rule 43.1 of the CAT’s Rules of Practice, the CAT can close a case in Stage 3 - Tribunal Decision if the Parties agree to the CAT making a consent order that resolves the dispute.
5With the consent of the Parties, the CAT orders that this case has been fully resolved, based upon the terms and conditions set out in this consent order and that the case will be closed.
ORDER
6The Respondent agrees to pay the Applicant costs in the amount of $168.28 (inclusive) within 30 days of the date of this decision.
