DISMISSAL ORDER
1The Applicant filed an application with the Condominium Authority Tribunal (CAT). The case went to Stage 2 - Mediation on August 26, 2021.
2Under Rule 32.3 of the CAT’s Rules of Practice, the CAT can close a case in Stage 2 - Mediation if it finds the Applicant has abandoned their case.
3The Applicant has had the chance to move this case to a Stage 3 – Tribunal Decision hearing since September 24, 2021. They have not paid the required fee to do so.
4As the Applicant stated their intention to move the case forward, a Notice of Intent to Dismiss was issued on October 26, 2021. It offered the Applicant a chance to make submissions to keep the case active. The Applicant had until November 2, 2021 to make submissions. They did not.
5I order that this case be dismissed.

6The Tribunal orders that:
This case is closed in Stage 2 - Mediation under Rule 32.3 of the CAT’s Rules of Practice.
Anything shared in this case in Stage 1 - Negotiation and / or Stage 2 - Mediation is private and confidential. The Users cannot share, or tell anyone about, messages or documents they received during these stages unless they are required to by law (such as by a government organization or court).
