CONSENT ORDER

1The Applicant, Kai Sin Yeung and the Respondent, Metro Toronto Condominium Corporation No. 1136, have reached an agreement to settle this case and have requested that their agreement be incorporated into a Consent Order from the Tribunal. The Applicant and the Respondent acknowledge that with issuance of this Consent Order, the case before the Tribunal will be closed.

2Therefore, the Tribunal issues this Order, on the terms consented to by the Applicant and Respondent, as follows:

3Metro Toronto Condominium Corporation Number 1136 will reimburse Kai Sin Yeung $75.00 for tribunal fees within 30 days of the date of this order.

4If either the Applicant or the Respondent fails to comply with any terms of this order, it may be enforced by the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.
